How the 10% works
You post a sponsorship, we match qualified students, you fund tuition and lock in an employment commitment. When the student starts work, Pathwise invoices 10% of their first-year base salary — once.

Common questions
What if the student doesn't get hired?+
No hire, no fee. The success fee is only owed when the sponsored student begins full-time employment with your company.
What counts as 'first-year salary'?+
Base annual salary at the time of hire. Bonuses, equity, and benefits are excluded from the fee calculation.
Can we hire the student off-platform to avoid the fee?+
The sponsorship agreement both parties sign includes an exclusivity clause. Off-platform hires within 24 months of the match trigger the same fee.
Do students ever pay?+
No. Students never pay Pathwise. Our revenue comes from corporate success fees and advertising.
Do you offer volume or annual advertising deals?+
Yes — annual commitments unlock 15–25% off rate card. Request the media kit to discuss.
